Dear Friends of the Arts:

WHAT?
The Annual Beaux Arts Celebration and Auction is the primary source of funding that makes possible outstanding performances and high quality artistic growth for aspiring dancers. Olympic Ballet Theatre has just opened its twenty nineth season and is planning the first event --- Beaux Arts!

WHO?
The OBT season begins with the exciting performances of The Nutcracker! We open at Edmonds Center for the Arts, and move dancers, sets, props and costumes to the Byrnes Performing Arts Center, Arlington. We close with performances at the Everett Performing Arts Center. Our Children’s Production presents Peter and the Wolf! The return by acclaim of the moving ballet, Swan Lake Act I I plus Contemporary Works, brings world-class artists to Shorecrest Performing Arts Center, and Edmonds Center for the Arts, with music by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Watch a story of love and sorcery come to life on the stage. Many more exciting celebrations will be highlighted throughout the season.

WHERE & WHEN?
The Annual Beaux Arts Celebration and Auction, presented by the Olympic Ballet Theatre will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009, at the Lynnwood Convention Center. We encourage all of you to support our productions and your community, by attending and/or donating an item for auction.

WHY?
All donations to the auction make this event successful. If you would like to make a donation please use the enclosed Procurement Form to confirm the article or service you would like to contribute to the Beaux Arts by October 1, 2009. All donations are tax deductible. Please feel free to pass on this information to your friends of the arts. More forms are available at Olympic Ballet office.

WOW!
Give a Gift! Come join us! Enjoy the dinner with friends, and walk away with your favorite gift from the amazing array of silent and live auction items! Thank you for keeping us dancing!
